Mr. Cubillos is Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Asset Quality . Mr. Cubillos has over 15 years of real estate operations and asset management experience in multiple markets such as Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, California and other east coast states. Prior to EPC, Mr. Cubillos managed a portfolio of 7,000 apartment units in 60 properties, representing $1.2 billion in assets and also worked at AIMCO (publicly traded REIT) for six years where he was Vice President of Asset Management of all east coast assets with over 27,000 apartment units including market rate and affordable properties. Mr. Cubillos earned his MBA from Harvard Business School with a concentration in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota.
