Mr. Candelas is our Senior Vice President of Real State & Portofolio Management. Mr. Candelas has more than fifteen years of experience in real estate, management consulting and corporate finance. Prior to working at EPC, Mr. Candelas worked for more than eight years at MIRA Companies, a private equity fund and vertically integrated real estate development firm. Mr. Candelas also led the disposition of more than $300 million of assets in multiple transactions and represented MIRA in the board of JV partnerships with middle-income housing developers. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at Monitor Group in the Sao Paulo office. Mr. Candelas holds an MBA from INSEAD and bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey.
