Mr. Conesa is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of EPC. Mr. Conesa directs EPC’s portfolio and investment strategy. Mr. Conesa is also a partner at Ritch Mueller, Heather y Nicolau S.C. (“Ritch”), a leading Mexican law firm, where he leads the firm’s real estate practice and advises Mexican and international clients in their real estate investments. Mr. Conesa has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry; holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and an L.L.M. from Columbia University in New York.
