Mrs. Kafka has more than 10 years of experience on human resources. Prior to EPC Mrs. Kafka worked at Amerikooler Inc as Senior Human Resources Manager, she was in charge of providing management leadership though implementation, planning and coordination human resources functions. Including employee relations, recruitment, performance evaluations, training, benefits, compensation, disciplinary actions and compliance with all pertinent labor laws. Mrs. Kafka holds an B.A in Latin American Studies by Wellesley College and a Human Resources Management Certification by Miami University.
