Ms. González is our Investments Associate. At EPC, she has analyzed more than fifty multifamily properties, participated in one acquisition worth $30 million and in a three-property-portfolio disposition worth $45 million. Prior to EPC, Ms. González worked for two years at Artha Capital, one of the largest Mexican real estate private equity firms, where she was responsible for underwriting development opportunities, participating in over twenty closings worth more than $ 850 million including land development, industrial, retail, office, housing and hospitality projects. Prior to Artha Capital, Ms. González worked at Actinver as Equity Research analyst covering Mexican REITs for 2 years. Ms. González holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
